Our Ukuzi journey begins with the recognition of the abundant fish resources that grace our coastlines, and an understanding of the struggles faced by those working in the blue economy dealing with post-harvest losses. We are committed to turning these losses into gains through a straightforward yet transformative approach. By utilizing natural technologies, we effectively convert fish waste into an organic fertilizer/ biostimulant, as well as into a feed supplement. This process not only addresses the environmental challenges associated with post-harvest waste but also contributes to the urgent demand for sustainable and eco-friendly fertilizers/ biostimulants, as well as affordable feed supplements, in Kenya.
Bluewave Impact's first partnership is in the health sector, aimed at revolutionizing access to affordable healthcare for all Kenyans. Our comprehensive health cover, which has been successfully trialed along the Kenyan Coast, is now accessible to everyone.
